Tierra Del Sol Four Wheel Drive Club of San Diego is presenting its

55th Annual Desert Safari

March 3 – 5, 2017

TDS Desert Safari has become one of the premier off-road events in the country and the largest four wheel drive event on the west coast. In past years we have had over 1500 vehicles registered with approximately 20,000 in attendance.

This is a GREAT OPPORTUNITY as a vendor to meet your customers and get your products or services out to the 4 wheeling community.

This year for the first time UTV vendors will be showcased at Safari.  We will have a UTV Vendor Section for this new opportunity.

Headquarters and vendor area will be held at The Ocotillo Wells OHRV 4×4 Training Center off of S22

23 miles east of Christmas Circle in Borrego Springs on S-22 or 3.0 miles west of state highway 86.

Below please find information on vendor space, advertising in our program and additional sponsorship’s. Please read through the qualifications and deadlines very carefully and contact us with any questions.

2017 Vendor Opportunities

Increased exposure before the event to bring your business more visibility. Be sure to sign up early so you don’t miss out!

We’re printing the program earlier to give your business more exposure before Safari. The program will print 10.75×12.5 and will not only be distributed to the 1500+ attendees at Safari, it will also be circulated at businesses and events prior to March. Be sure to sign up early to be included in this great marketing tool. Donate at the Platinum bucket Raffle or Diamond Plate level and get your ad in full color. Check out the specifications on the next page.

All spaces are outdoors and located on a graded dirt lot (TDS will not supply tents).

  • Full space up to 75’long (with tailgate up) x 30’deep
  • Half space up to 50’long (with tailgate up) x 25’deep
  • Quarter space up to 20’long (with tailgate up) x 25’deep

Outside space will be determined by the donation level and the needs of the vendor. Please see specific sponsorship levels for space allocations.

No additional camping will be allowed inside the vendor area.
NO EXCEPTIONS !!!!

Only vendor vehicles will be allowed inside the vendor area, no tow rigs will be allowed to park inside the vendor area. If a vehicle is a must, prior arrangements must be made!

Sorry, no apparel vendors allowed.

 

Important Deadline Dates

All Vendor forms, product, advertising and payments need to be received no later than February 18, 2017.

Prize items or certificates MUST be in by February 23, 2017.

Kids Gifts Item$1,500This is a souvenir item given out at no cost to the kids at the event. Name or logo will be included on the item with TDS.

Entry Bridge$500Have every one that registers for the event walk under your banners.

Digital Banner Ad$100This digital banner will display you’re logo during the vendor area hours and everyone will be watching it as they tour the vendor area and look at the bucket prizes.
Light Towers$100 eaHave your banners on the light towers around the event. Banner must be sized to fit on a light tower.

Trail Point Sponsor$250 eaAt every trail point have a captive audience of trail riders to show off your company. Must have some kind of give away. Water or snacks is preferred. You can also give away product just no glass.
