Open Riding Lawsuit in Ocotillo Wells Will Go To Court

May 8, 2014- Superior Court Judge Timothy Frawley overruled the demurrers by filed by State Parks stating that the court finds that PEER/DPC have alleged facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action for mandate based relief based on State Parks alleged abuse of discretion in allow an open riding policy.
